    Ok guys i wan just wondering about some things.first my sound just failed and i immediately thought i would reinstall realtek and fix it. but no. everytime i install realtek they keep asking for the file ksolay.ax
    which i do not have. even after i placed it and reinstalled realtek hd, i immediately noticed it would disappear right after putting it in system 32 folder. I wanna know WHAT THE HELL is going on with my pc. Thanks.

    doesnt work plus i cant even go into safe mode? now how do u settle that?

    Uninstall your Realtek drivers before you re-install them.

    It is possible that you have something nasty stopping you running safe mode. Run a Malwarebytes scan to see if anything show up. If you don't already have it, you can get a copy from here :

    What version of DirectX is installed?

    In any case, I would install the current version for XP,
